1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of aigoalpick.com (the "site", "we", "us"). By using the site, creating an account or paying for VIP access you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for betting in your location if that is higher. Gambling may be restricted or illegal where you live. You are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply to you.

3. What we provide

We publish football predictions, probabilities, fair odds, bet-slip suggestions and a slip-checking tool. These are statistical estimates produced by a model. They are for information and entertainment only.

• Nothing on the site is a guarantee, financial advice or a promise of winnings.
• You can lose money when you bet. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
• We do not take bets and we do not place bets for you. Any bet is placed by you, with a bookmaker of your choice, at your own risk.
• Bookmaker names and logos belong to their owners. Listing a bookmaker is not an endorsement.
• Match data comes from third-party sources and may be late, incomplete or wrong.

4. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send you. Keep your email account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. An account may be signed in on a limited number of devices at once. You must not share your VIP access or codes with others, resell them, or copy them in bulk.

5. VIP access and payments

• VIP is a one-time payment for a fixed number of days. The price and the number of days are shown at checkout before you pay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Paying again adds more days.
• Payments are made in Nigerian naira (NGN), by card or bank through Paystack, or by bank transfer where we offer it.
• VIP switches on after the payment is confirmed. Bank transfers are confirmed by hand, so they can take longer.
• Our Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attack, overload or probe the site; try to get into accounts, the admin area or data that is not yours; use bots or scrapers to copy our predictions at scale; upload anything unlawful or harmful (for example in a payment receipt); or use the site to break the law.

7. Our content

The site, its design, text and predictions belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

8. Third-party links and ads

The site may show adverts or link to other websites, such as bookmakers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, offers or conduct. Using them is at your own risk.

9. Availability

We try to keep the site running but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop any feature, and we may update prices for future payments.

10. Our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any losses from bets, from relying on our predictions, or from the site being unavailable or wrong. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer law that cannot be excluded.

11. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or abuses the site. You can stop using the site at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing us.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
