1. Who we are

aigoalpick.com ("we", "us") runs this site. You can reach us at support@aigoalpick.com. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other laws that apply to us.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, when you created your account, your VIP status and expiry date.
• Sign-in data: one-time sign-in codes (stored hashed, not readable), session records for the devices you are signed in on, and your IP address and browser details, used for security and rate limiting.
• Payment data: the payment reference, amount, date, method and status. If you pay by bank transfer and upload a receipt, we store that image. We never see or store your full card number: card payments are handled by Paystack.
• Usage data: simple page-view counts, the country a visit comes from and the site that referred you. We do not track you across other websites ourselves.
• Slips and tool inputs: things you enter in tools such as Bet For Me or Slip Doctor, such as stake, target or the matches on a slip. We do not ask for your name or bookmaker login.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, such as support requests.

3. Why we use it

• To create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
• To take payments, switch VIP on, and handle refunds and disputes.
• To send you emails about your sign-in codes, payments and VIP access.
• To run, protect and improve the site, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet legal and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that the site needs to work: a signed-in session cookie, a security (CSRF) cookie, and a random visitor ID that lasts up to a year so tools like Bet For Me give you stable results. Advertising or partner scripts shown on the site may set their own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and some tools will not work without the necessary ones.

5. Who we share data with

• Paystack, which processes card and bank payments. Its own privacy policy applies to the data it collects.
• Our hosting and email providers, who store the data and send our emails for us.
• Football data providers: we request match data from them. We do not send them your personal data.
• Advertising partners, if adverts are shown on the site.
• Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

6. Keeping and deleting data

We keep account and payment records for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as we need for accounting, security and legal reasons. Sign-in codes, expired sessions and rate-limit records are deleted automatically within a day or so. You can ask us to delete your account and we will do so, except for records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for certain purposes. Email support@aigoalpick.com from the address on your account. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

8. Security

We use https, hashed sign-in codes, limits on login attempts and restricted access to our data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account safe too. If a breach affects you we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Children

The site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
